KC Classic Auto is proud to present this 1993 GMC Typhoon, A.K.A. Lola!

ONLY 5,012 ORIGINAL MILES and a clean CARFAX!!!! 2,200 Typhoons were produced in 1993, and ONLY 77 were made in this color combination! One of the lowest mile Typhoons in existence! 

Finished in Apple Red on Apple Red with Charcoal leather interior. Paint, body and interior are in EXCELLENT condition, with very minor wear and tear over the past 33 years.  

Powered by its original 280hp/350lb-ft torque, 4.3L turbocharged and intercooled V6, backed by its original 4-speed automatic overdrive transmission. It shares its legendary drivetrain with its Syclone sister, which famously outran a Ferrari and Corvette in 1991, while the Typhoon held the title of the world’s fastest production SUV when debuted!

Typhoons came loaded from the factory with power steering, A/C, cruise control, AM/FM stereo with CD player, leather seats, console shifter, power windows, power locks, tilt wheel, aero package, fog lamps, limited-slip differential, high-performance braking and fuel systems, self-leveling rear suspension, ABS, roof rack, leather-wrapped steering wheel, rear window wiper, roof console, and of course…ALL WHEEL DRIVE!

In preparation for sale, many parts were replaced to get the vehicle running correctly, with extra care to use the best parts available and preserve originality as much as possible. New battery, Dynomax Super Turbo muffler and tailpipe. The fuel system was completely gone through, and it now has a new fuel tank, sending unit, Delphi fuel pump and new fuel injectors.  It also received a new GM distributor pickup coil, ignition control module, MSD brass cap and rotor, NGK spark plugs, ICE Hi Performance spark plug wires, new high-flow Johnson intercooler pump and an oil change.

New BF Goodrich g-Force Comp-2 A/S tires were just installed, and the original Firestone tires were saved, along with many other parts, which will all be included with the sale. A PAS build sheet, center cap removal tool and many receipts will also be included!

Every classic deserves a name. Lola’s made landfall in 1993.
