1 of only 510 4-speed GS 455’s made in 1970! 2-owner car with the original sales invoice, owner’s manual, warranty information, protect-o-plate, and 2 build sheets included in the sale!!
Beautifully restored in the early 1990’s. Refinished in its original Burnished Saddle color, the paint and body are in excellent condition! This car is SOLID!! The Burnished Saddle interior is also in EXCELLENT condition!
Powered by its original, numbers matching 455ci engine, which was rebuilt in 2022-2023 by Tri-Shield Performance in Minnesota. The block was stripped and hot tanked, bored .040 over, milled (with extra caution to not cut off engine ID numbers), forged internals were used, heads were gone through, etc. See receipt for full list of what was done and parts used.
Power is sent to the ground with a recently rebuilt M20 4-speed manual transmission, with a Centerforce clutch and its original 3.42 posi rear end.
Loaded from the factory with options including air conditioning, console, tachometer, positraction, power disc brakes, power steering, deluxe steering wheel, dual horns, 8 track player, and more! (see photo of build sheet for full list).
It also has an aftermarket RetroSound stereo and Infinity speakers (6”x9” in rear deck, 6.5” in custom kick panels).
